GNF Commercial Management Limited is hiring experienced Draftspersons to support civil, residential, and commercial construction projects across Halifax and the surrounding region.
In this role, you will prepare technical drawings, support design coordination, and contribute to the efficient delivery of construction and engineering projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings for construction projects
- Convert sketches and concepts into technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Revise drawings based on field changes, markups, and feedback
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design professionals
- Ensure drawings meet building codes and company standards
- Assist with permit submissions and construction documentation
- Maintain organized digital drawing files and document control systems
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsperson in construction
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Familiarity with construction detailing and drafting standards
- Experience producing full drawing sets for permitting and construction
- Knowledge of building code compliance or MEP coordination is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
