GNF Commercial Management Limited is hiring experienced dump truck drivers to support civil construction projects across Halifax and the surrounding region.
In this role, you will operate twin-steer dump trucks and transport materials safely and efficiently across active construction sites and roadways.

Responsibilities
- Operate twin-steer dump trucks with 18-speed manual transmission
- Transport materials safely across job sites and routes
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Move equipment using tag trailers within HRM and across the province
- Operate under varying traffic, road, and weather conditions
- Maintain communication with dispatch and site teams
- Report mechanical issues, delays, or hazards
- Follow all safety procedures and site protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating dump trucks with 18-speed transmission
- Experience transporting equipment with tag trailers
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with clean abstract
- Safety certifications (WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various conditions
- Strong understanding of road safety and equipment operation
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills
